For eight years I've worked the full arc of product design — user research, interaction, and design systems — across healthcare, e-commerce, fintech and AI. That practice has crossed three countries: I started out in Vietnam, spent formative years designing in Singapore, and now build from Amsterdam. The throughline is rigor: I sweat the research, then sweat the details.

Today I design AI drive-thru experiences at Vox AI for brands like Burger King and Popeyes, and mentor emerging designers at Preply — after building multi-brand systems at Leads.io and guest-speaking at the National University of Singapore. A Master of Digital Design with distinction and a stint freelancing as a photographer during my studies in Melbourne still shape how I frame a problem and compose an interface.
